IS GILDA’S CLUB IN YOUR ESTATE PLANS?

 LEAVE A LEGACY CAMPAIGN

Gilda’s Club has recently kicked off its LEAVE A LEGACY Campaign to raise awareness about charitable giving and to inspire people from all walks of life and all income levels to make a difference now and in the future.

Why leave a gift?
What will your descendants remember about you?  What will the world at large remember?  What will be your legacy?  Leaving a gift is a way to give back to a charity that is close to your heart, realize certain tax advantages, and continue to make a difference in your community.
Leaving a gift in your will or estate plans can be a highly tax effective way of supporting a charity. It can reduce the value of your assets, thereby reducing the amount of inheritance tax on your estate.  Making a gift to charity can help ensure that your money is spent in the way you would have wanted.

Why leave a gift to Gilda’s Club?
Leaving a gift to Gilda’s Club allows you to honor those battling cancer, to memorialize those who have lost their battle, and to support an organization that provides much needed services in our community.

Gilda’s Club South Florida provides social and emotional support to men, women, and children touched by cancer at no charge.  We are able to offer 60 support groups, educational lectures, and social activities each month thanks to the incredible generosity of a caring community.

Gilda’s Club is proud to recognize donors who plan to LEAVE A LEGACY today and in the future.  LEAVE A LEGACY Members will be honored with a brick in Gilda’s Garden, no matter the gift amount.
